Are you looking for the perfect holiday spot where you can step directly from the terrace onto the beach? Welcome to our newly opened apartment. It is ideal for accommodating 4 to 6 people seeking relaxation to the sound of the waves. We are located in Tkon, about a ten-minute walk from the center. In the center, you will find shops, a pharmacy, a doctor, a butcher, a fish market, restaurants, a post office, and ATMs. The interior of the apartment (71 m²) is the ground floor of a family house. It contains 2 rooms with double beds, a spacious living room which includes an extra bed for 2 people, connected to a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, air conditioning) and a bathroom with a washing machine. The outdoor part of the apartment includes two terraces: a large one right by the sea, ideal for relaxing with the waves and the scent of the sea, and another overlooking a green garden. Private parking, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, and use of an outdoor BBQ are available to you.
