The house is located in the tourist area of Zadar, Borik, where the hotels of the FALKENSTAINER group are situated, featuring a sandy beach and a water park, which are accessible for a fee. The street has all essential facilities, including a supermarket, restaurants, and an amusement park for children. The house and courtyard itself are large, offering space for children to play. An outdoor grill is available, complete with a large wooden table and benches for relaxing and enjoying grilled specialties late into the night. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, close to the beach ( 3) ABOUT 500 m. The apartment consists of three bedrooms each with two beds, a large living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a small toilet, and a large balcony for enjoying morning coffee. We also have a baby cot for couples with a young child. We can accommodate from 6 to 8 people.
