The apartment is located 200m from the sea. It was completely renovated and furnished with new furniture in 2025. The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a family house. It has two private entrances, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a covered and an uncovered terrace. An auxiliary bed for children up to 18. Cable TV (MAXtv), with a full sports package. The total area is 64m2. Parking for three cars is located within the property and is free of charge. Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed upon prior arrangement. The dog must be under the constant supervision of the owner. The fee for a dog is 15€ per day.

Payment and notes
Payment is made to the property owner's bank account. Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost must be paid, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the guest's arrival. Check-in time: from 15-23 hours. Check-out time: from 6-10 hours. Security deposit: 300 Eur. The security deposit is paid upon the guest's arrival; on the day of departure, the owner inspects the apartment, and if everything is in order, the security deposit is returned to the guest. Otherwise, damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
