The house is located in the very center of Srime, 60m from the shops and 80m from the sea. The Blue Flag beach is 150m away. The restaurant is 250m away. The apartment, 2 +1. It consists of: a spacious bedroom, a kitchen-living room in one space, a toilet with a shower, and a large terrace. The extra bed is a sofa in the living room (120 cm). The extra bed can optionally be set up in the bedroom, but in that case, it is recommended that it be used by a younger child. The apartment is air-conditioned; it is not newly renovated, but it is functional.

Payment and notes
To book the apartment, after checking availability and reaching an agreement with the owner, you need to pay 20% of the total agreed price as a deposit. The guest will receive a confirmation upon payment of the deposit, and the deposit amount will reduce the total rental price on the final invoice for the service. Check-in to the apartment is after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out from the apartment is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We wish you a pleasant stay in our home!
