The Mikic family apartment is surrounded by greenery and located on a quiet street, just 5 minutes' walk from the city center, with views of the island of Krk. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house and is spacious and fully equipped. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. A large terrace with barbecue facilities is also available. A free parking space is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi internet is provided. This is the only apartment in the house that we rent out, ensuring guests have privacy and peace.

Payment and notes
The daily apartment rental includes the tourist tax, electricity and water consumption, bed linen, towels, tableware and cooking utensils, as well as cleaning after the guest's departure. The use of the air conditioning is included in the price. Upon booking, a deposit of 30 % must be paid. The remaining amount is due upon arrival at the apartment. In the event of cancellation of the reservation 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The price for a stay of less than 3 nights is increased by 30%. The use of an extra bed costs 10 euros per day. Check-in time is after 14:00, and check-out time is by 10:00.
