It is away from settlements, ensuring peace and enjoyment in a natural pine environment. Access is possible by car and boat. Parking for two cars and a boat berth are available, with an additional mooring near the house. With two bedrooms and a living room, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bathroom with WC, kitchen with dining area, fireplace with grill on a large terrace with an excellent view. A garden with Mediterranean herbs is the only thing separating the house from the sea. Although it is located in isolation, thanks to the solar power system and electric generator, all the comforts you are used to are available: hot water, TV / SAT, electricity, WiFi, etc.
