- During the season - 7. and 8. months, please coordinate your stay by aligning it with the departure or arrival dates to avoid creating unoccupied days in the booking calendar. - The pet fee is 5 €/day/dog. - If arriving with 2 people and 1 pets, no fee applies. - Use of the washing machine + laundry detergent is subject to a fee of 3 €/1 wash, from 8 € one-time/included up to 3 washes, from 10 € one-time/included up to 4 washes; - The deposit for the reservation is 20% of the total rental price. The remaining payment - cash payment upon arrival at the apartment (on the day of arrival). After paying the deposit, we will send you a reservation confirmation document. - Check-in time is from 15 hours (not earlier, as the apartment needs to be prepared), check-out time is until 10 hours - and can also be arranged by agreement if the apartment is available. - In case of a shorter stay than 7 days, an additional fee may apply. Shorter stays are possible if the capacity is fully booked.
