The apartment is located in the new part of Nin, near Kraljičina Beach, which is sandy and ideal for young children. The beach also abounds in medicinal mud. The apartment is a three-room unit situated on the first floor. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet (washing machine), and another toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, and a terrace. Nearby there is a restaurant, a market, and a bakery, as well as the center of Nin (the old historic town) and the tourist settlement of Zaton. The house is located on a quiet street. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge, and internet access is free. All guests will receive a parking pass for the beaches from us, granting them free entry to the beaches.
