We participate in the SAFE STAY IN CROATIA program! The apartment is located on the ground floor, in the first row to the sea, with a sea view from the bedroom and terrace. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a bunk bed and one bed for 1 person. There is also a large sofa bed with 2 extra beds in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. In front of the apartment is the famous Crikvenica - Selce promenade. The apartment is located next to a hotel that is open year-round and has an indoor pool with an outdoor café bar. The tennis courts are 200 meters away. The water park, water skiing, and other attractions are 500 meters away. Parking is available next to the building. The apartment is air-conditioned. The apartment also has underfloor heating, and there is an indoor pool in the nearby hotel, ideal for autumn or spring days. Welcome the New Year in Selce!

Payment and notes
Payment upon arrival at the apartment. The deposit for reservation is 20%. The deposit is refundable for a cancelled reservation at least 7 days in advance (see - Cancellation Policy). Check-in to the apartment is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00 on the day of departure. Final cleaning 70 EUR.
Cancellation policy
Dear guests, welcome to our apartment in these unusual circumstances. Please travel responsibly. We have adapted our cancellation policy to the situation, so you can cancel 7 days before the reserved arrival date with a 100% refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, we will retain the deposit in full. This cancellation policy is valid until the end of the pandemic is declared.
