A romantic and warm apartment for families in a quiet dead-end street. The Mediterranean picturesque surroundings of the outdoor terrace are rest for soul and body. The apartment is part of a building in a closed settlement. It features a beautiful 20 meter large outdoor terrace where there is enough space to spend the summer, day and night to the sound of crickets. The terrace is equipped with a table with 6 chairs as well as a comfortable lounge set and a wood or charcoal grill. The interior consists of a room with a double bed, a loft with a bed 160x200, and a baby cot if needed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and all necessary accessories, and from a small hallway you enter an open concept living room with a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances that make life easier (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, hand and classic mixer, air fry), and there is also a first aid bed in the form of a sofa in front of the television. Cancellation policy
Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before. In case you cancel, the owner retains the deposit, and if the owner cancels, the deposit is returned to you double.
