Modernly renovated, brand-new apartment with private parking, located on the high ground floor of a small residential building with 5 apartments, in a prime location near the city center, between Ravnice and Borongaj – the elite “Kolonije” neighborhood – in immediate proximity to Dinamo Stadium and the Zoo Garden. Also close to a tram stop (2 minutes on foot; 11 minutes by tram to Ban Jelačić Square, or 6 euros by Uber.) Proximity to hospitals: Rebro/Merkur/Dubrava (6.-10. minutes by car). One of the most beautiful and greenest neighborhoods in Zagreb, full of children’s playgrounds and sports fields. Peace is guaranteed, as the apartment is located in a row of family houses. The apartment is available to guests from 14 hours on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check-out from the apartment is until 10 hours. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the courtyard in front of the house.
