It is situated in a residential building on the back, 3 floor, without an elevator. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace offering views of the nearby islands, the sea, the marina, and the town of Biograd. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace. Parking is available in front of the building or at a public parking lot just 50 meters away.

Payment and notes
Reservations can be made via email, WhatsApp or telephone, and the reservation confirmation follows after payment of a deposit of 20 % of the total amount to the bank account. The remaining balance is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Ideal arrival time would be from 14:00 onwards, and departure time until 10:00.
