Payment and notes
To reserve the apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price is required; in case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is paid to the owner's bank account. The agreed amount for the entire stay in the apartment is paid upon arrival. Check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Before departure, the apartment must be cleaned and trash removed; if this is not possible or the apartment is not adequately cleaned, a cleaning fee of 20 euros will be charged. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We do not accept pets. A discount is possible upon agreement with the owner for longer stays.
