Welcome to our spacious two-bedroom apartment in Lopar on the island of Rab. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, in an accessible location near the main road, allowing for quick access and easy connection to all the amenities in the town. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms equipped with premium box springs that guarantee a peaceful and quality sleep after a full day in the sun and by the sea. The living room is air-conditioned and a pleasant space with free high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV (including Netflix and YouTube) for your favorite movies. The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare meals – a cooking hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, and kettle. For a perfect start to the day, there are even two coffee machines available (a classic machine and a Dolce Gusto capsule machine). The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine. It is less than 10 minutes’ easy walk to the beautiful, most famous paradise beach. All other amenities, including bakeries, a pharmacy, shops, and restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity.

Payment and notes
Payment requires a deposit of 15 % of the reservation amount, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00 h. Check-out time is from 8:00 to 10:00 h.
Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels twenty days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded; if they cancel within that period, the deposit remains with the owner.
