The garden includes a large covered terrace with a table and six chairs, four sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue, which serves as the main area for pleasant socializing and relaxation with plenty of privacy, sun, and shade. The entire building is enclosed by a stone wall, with sliding doors at the entrance. The apartment consists of 2 bedroom(s) with double beds, 2 bathroom(s) with a toilet and shower, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchen. The apartment is air-conditioned and heated by underfloor heating in winter, and it also has an indoor fireplace, making it suitable for stays during the cooler autumn and winter months.

Payment and notes
To reserve the apartment, we require a deposit equal to 30% of the apartment's rental price. The rental price includes all additional costs (e.g., tourist tax), except for the cleaning fee, which amounts to 80 EUR. Check-in to the apartment is after 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed. If we are unable to personally welcome you upon arrival, you will enter the apartment independently using the keys and remote control, which are located in the key safe in front of the building entrance. In that case, you will receive detailed instructions prior to your arrival.
