By car, it takes about 5 minutes to reach the bay where the parking lot is located, and 15 minutes on foot. Meraščica Bay is partly sandy, with juniper bushes and rocky slabs. From Meraščica Bay, it is about 2 km minutes' walk along the sea. The apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-unit building. One part of the building has no permanent residents, while in the part where the apartment is located, the owner stays in the ground floor unit for shorter periods, mainly during guests' arrivals and departures. The apartment has two rooms with air conditioning in the bedrooms. A chilled drink is included in the accommodation price. Boat and bicycle rentals are about 5 km from the apartment. The surroundings of the apartment are pleasant for morning or evening walks.
