Dear guests, our apartment is actually a holiday home that we would be happy to recommend to families with children and other guests seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway where everything is within easy reach. It is located on the first row to the sea, so from the courtyard you can reach the beach and the sea in just a few steps. The apartment consists of a living area and a garden, which includes an enclosed courtyard with a driveway entrance, a parking space, and a garden. The courtyard features a pergola, an outdoor fireplace for grilling, and an outdoor shower. In front of the house is a spacious, pebbled beach. The promenade along the beach leads on one side to the center of Petrčane, and on the other side, past the Falkensteiner hotels, to beautiful rocky beaches. Punta Skala is a tourist settlement with several catering establishments (a restaurant, market, bakery, pastry shop, beach bar, etc.), and the range of options is even greater if you head towards the center of Patrčane, where, in addition to the aforementioned amenities, there is also a post office, a children's playground, and various other facilities.
