Loza Blue is a new, modern apartment with sea views, located on the very edge of the island of Premuda in Dalmatia. With its beautiful, untouched nature and cheerful, sociable locals, you will fall in love with this place the moment you set foot on the island. Looking towards the sea, you can also spot the old ferry port of Loza, after which our property is named, just 250 m or 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Walking through the “center” of the island, you will come across the nearest market (100 m), the Church of St. James (200 m), and the post office (300 m). On the opposite side of the island, just 1 km or 15 minutes’ walk away, lies the new ferry port of Krijal, which features several public beaches, two restaurants, a market, and the Church of St. Kyriakos. The island of Premuda is home to fewer than 100 permanent residents, most of whom are retirees, while a smaller number engage in fishing, agriculture, and tourism. For centuries, the locals on the island have maintained the same way of life, keeping traffic to a minimum, which makes this place the perfect destination for those seeking a peaceful, secluded, and quiet getaway.

Payment and notes
Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 20% of the total stay price to the bank account, and are considered valid from the moment the payment is credited to the property owner's account. Payment for the apartment can be made by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment is due immediately upon arrival at the apartment. The arrival time depends on the sailing schedule of the boat you are arriving on, and the standard departure time is 10:00 AM, although we may be flexible in some cases depending on apartment availability. The minimum length of stay is 4 nights. The boat lines that sail into Krijal harbor are the TP Line catamaran (tp-line.hr) and the Jadrolinija ferry (jadrolinija.hr). Please check the sailing schedule before booking and purchase your tickets in advance. Smoking, pets, and large celebrations are not permitted in the apartment.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of the reservation 30 days or more before the arrival date, cancellation is free of charge and the deposit amount will be refunded to the guest. In the event of cancellation within those 30 days, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of a shorter stay in the apartment than agreed, the full reservation amount will be charged.
