Newly renovated, fully furnished three-bedroom apartment with a terrace, beautiful sea view, and parking. Marušići is a small, peaceful place near the towns of Omiš (13km away), Makarska (20km), and Split (33km). The house is located on the lower, seaside side of the Adriatic Highway in a dead-end street without traffic, making it safe for children. The lovely, natural, pebble beach Borak with crystal clear sea and the scent of surrounding greenery is just about a 4-5 minute walk away. There are no crowds because access is only possible for locals and guests due to limited parking availability. Hills/mountains behind, the sea in front, and greenery in between all provide a calming, pleasant, and special feeling. Proximity to Biokovo mountain (about 10km), Sky walk viewpoint on Biokov (20km), Vepric Sanctuary (18km), Međugorje Sanctuary (70km), the town of Imotski with the Red and Blue Lakes (35km), the island of Brač is very close from Makarska (20km), as well as the island of Hvar from Drvenik, and other parts of the Adriatic coast and islands. The natural phenomenon of Vruja bay is 3km away by sea and road.

Please book directly via WhatsApp message. The deposit is 30% of the total amount. Ideal arrival time would be Saturday after 12pm and departure Saturday by 10am. Other arrangements can be made upon agreement. The full amount is paid upon arrival.
