The apartment is located in a new building in Novalja and offers a beautiful sea view. It is fully equipped with new, modern furniture that ensures a comfortable and carefree stay. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, and underfloor heating runs throughout. Guests have access to private parking and a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. For added enjoyment, there is a SUP board and an electric scooter. The beach is just 350 meters away, while the center of Novalja is at 1,5 km. A shop is located across the street, making the stay even more convenient.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, you are generally required to pay a deposit amounting to 10% of the total accommodation price, while the remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the apartment entrance. The invoice will then be issued in accordance with tax regulations. The ideal arrival time is after 14 o’clock, and departure is until 11 o’clock – just enough time to enjoy one last morning swim and properly bid farewell to the sea.
Cancellation policy
In exceptional circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded – we understand that we are all human and that life sometimes brings unforeseen situations.
