Apartment Lana is located in a part of Split that is known as the "city within a city," just 500 meters from Split's most beautiful beaches and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Within a radius of 200 meters, you will find numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, nightlife spots, swimming areas, and more. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we believe will make your stay easier without compromising the comfort of your own home, and it even gives you the feeling of being in a hotel. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a microwave oven, a washing machine and dishwasher, an iron, a hairdryer... In front of the building, there is a large public parking lot that is free of charge. The neighborhood is also peaceful. It has many parks for children, and there are numerous parks with children's facilities nearby. The beaches have a well-maintained area for running, cycling, and walking, as well as many cafes. They stretch for a length of 3 km, and there is something for everyone, depending on the type of vacation you desire. The tourist tax is included in the price.

Payment and notes
The deposit amounts to 30% of the total stay price, and upon visible payment, the reservation is considered valid. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the apartment. Please have cash ready upon arrival. Reservations can be made via email or mobile phone. For a single-night stay, the total value of that one night (100%) must be paid to confirm the reservation. CHECK IN - from 15:00 CHECK OUT - by 11:00, but this can be adjusted by agreement, depending on other guests. Whenever possible, we strive to accommodate your needs so you can make the most of your stay. Just ask – we’ll work it out :) You are required to inform us of your arrival time and respect it so we can plan to welcome you. If you do not notify us of your arrival time, we are not responsible for any potential delays in accessing the accommodation. Failure to adhere to the announced arrival time (>2 hours) will incur an additional charge. No parties of any kind are permitted on the premises, and it is necessary to respect the house rules and avoid making noise, especially from 22 - 08:00.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount into the account, or the amount corresponding to at least one night's stay. You will receive the payment details after contacting us. If you wish to cancel the reservation, the paid amount is non-refundable, as we have reserved the places for you, thereby preventing other guests from booking them.
