About this stay
The apartment is located in the western part of the town of Krka, 200m from the beach and just a 5 min. walk from the town center; the town is surrounded by plenty of greenery. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious loggia; it also has its own covered parking space and is located in a very quiet part of the town, with little traffic, just a few minutes' walk to several beautiful city beaches. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and part of the town, making it a perfect place for a peaceful afternoon rest or a pleasant lunch/dinner. The rooms are equipped with all the appliances that will make your stay more comfortable and allow you to feel at home with us. The price of the accommodation also includes complete bedding (sheets, towels, kitchen cloths...), the kitchen is fully equipped (plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, percolator...), and final cleaning of the apartment is also included in the price.

Cancellation policy
For business security, we charge a 30% deposit. Our cancellation rules: - you can cancel your reservation 2 months before arrival, and we will refund your deposit. Also, if you cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival, you can use the paid deposit at any time until the end of the year (of course, if the apartment is available).
