I am renting 3-bedroom apartments of 55 m2 on the 1st floor and ground floor of the house. The apartments are fully equipped and include: Living room and dining area with TV with satellite receiver and air conditioning. Two bedrooms. Each room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), wardrobe and access to the terrace. Kitchen (refrigerator, 4 cooking plates, dishwasher, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven) Bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle and sink. Large terrace of 35m2 with a sea view, lounge set and dining table. Pets are not allowed. For shared use: plot of 400 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden seating set, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, with an extra charge). Parking next to the house on the plot. The apartment is located in a dead-end street 800m from the center of Rab, 5 km from the center of Kampor, 15 km from the center of Lopar, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach, 100m from the shop.
