Imagine waking up, stepping out of your house, and immediately jumping into the sea! You’ve come to the right place. This new, modernly equipped studio apartment is located on the first floor of a building situated in the very first row to the sea. The large courtyard and the beach in front of the apartment make this place ideal for families with young children and for anyone seeking a peaceful vacation. For those craving entertainment, the center of Vir, with its rich tourist offerings (animations for adults and children, concerts, restaurants, disco clubs), is a 20-minute walk away along the seashore. The studio apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with a shower, a modernly equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a magnificent sea view. Although we love them, pets are unfortunately not allowed. To ensure your ideal stay, the host will be at your service if you need any advice, recommendations, or anything else.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation with a refund of the deposit is possible 30 days before arrival at the apartment. 30 days until arrival, the apartment will retain the deposit in case of cancellation of the reservation. 10 days before arrival at the apartment, the reservation must be fully paid and can no longer be cancelled or changed. During the period from 10 days until arrival, the reservation cannot be changed or cancelled, and the apartment will retain 100% of the funds paid.
