Payment and notes
As confirmation of the accommodation reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is paid, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Payment is made upon arrival at the apartment and upon presentation of personal documents for check-in; at the same time, a deposit in the amount of 100 Euro is taken to cover any potential damage during the stay in the apartment, which is returned upon departure after inspection of the apartment. It is desirable that arrival be planned after 16:00 hours, and on the day of departure, departure should be planned by 10:00 hours. For stays shorter than three nights, an additional charge of 30% on the existing nightly price applies. Due to the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia (registration in eVisitor), the guest is obliged to leave personal data upon reservation of the accommodation or arrival at the accommodation facility. The tourist tax is included in the price. A final cleaning fee in the amount of 70€ per stay - is not included in the nightly price.
