The apartments are located in a quiet part (Bilotinjak 1), near the town of Nin. The apartments are newly renovated. Each apartment consists of a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, and a room containing an extra bed for two people. The apartment includes a terrace with a southwest view of the sea. Both apartments have a guaranteed parking space in the courtyard. Use of a grill and an outdoor shower is available. A spacious natural sandy beach, about three hundred meters from the house, is suitable for children.

When booking a date, it is necessary, in agreement with the landlord, to pay an amount for two nights, and the rest of the payment on the spot upon arrival. Arrival from 12h, and departure by 9h, although a different arrangement with the landlord is also possible. The tourist tax is included in the price.
