It spans 150 m2 of living space on the first floor of a new house. No one else resides in the house, so your stay will be more comfortable and relaxing. The apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds, a modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a large kitchen with a dining area. The soul of the apartment is the beautiful living room with a fireplace, which connects to a winter garden. The winter garden is equipped with a hydromassage tub, a sauna, and loungers. The view of the green meadows and forests adds a special charm to your vacation. Two terraces offer spaces for outdoor relaxation. One overlooks the kitchen, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, while the other, accessible from the dining area and featuring a large gas grill, is the perfect place to turn your evenings into wonderful gatherings. Stairs lead down to the meadows for a stroll. The barbecue terrace and winter garden are located in a part of the house that is hidden from view.
