A barbecue can be used in the courtyard of the house. The first beach is just a few minutes' walk away. All necessary amenities (restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, etc.) are nearby.

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 25% of the total rental price; the remaining amount is paid on the first day upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer. Use of air conditioning is included in the price. Arrival time from 16:00 h, and departure time until 10:00 h. A discount of 10% is available for stays of 10 nights or more. Cancellation policy
The reservation can be cancelled at the latest 45 days before arrival, with a full refund of the paid deposit.
