The apartment is available for rent from 01 to 31, and from 05 to 10. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% is required. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the apartment or to the account 10 days prior to arrival. For stays shorter than 3 days, the price is increased by 20%. The tourist tax is included in the price. Guests may check into the apartment from 14 h, and must check out by 10 h.
