The ground-floor apartment features 2 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, as well as a spacious balcony. The apartment actually occupies an entire floor of the house. The first-floor apartment also has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a terrace. The apartments are equipped with a functional kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher on the ground floor only, dishes...), a television, air conditioning, a washing machine, and large double beds. Upon request, we can also add a baby cot. The property's 900 m2 garden includes 3 parking spaces and one garage space, an outdoor barbecue, and a play area for children... Within a radius of 300 meters, you will find a shop, a restaurant, a beach bar, children's playgrounds, and a fast-food outlet...

Payment and notes
Check-in at the apartment is possible after 15:00 h (earlier is possible by arrangement), and check-out is exclusively until 10:00 h. The deposit amounts to 20% of the total price of the reserved accommodation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival, exclusively in cash (euros). Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation policy
When making a reservation, each guest has a period of 7 days to pay the deposit. After payment, we retain the deposit as confirmation of the reservation. A refund of the deposit can be requested only if a travel ban is in effect at the time of the planned arrival.
