Payment and notes
Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 30% of the total stay price. The guest pays the full amount for the apartment's use upon arrival when signing the guest book. The deposit is paid via bank transfer using the IBAN number. Pets are not allowed in our apartment. Check-in is after 16 hours, and check-out is until 10 hours. Internet is free, with speeds depending on the operator's technical capabilities. The tourist tax is included in the price. We will send a written confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation policy
The deposit also serves as security for any potential damage caused in the apartment and is returned to the guest on the day of departure from the apartment; upon departure, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a tidy condition, otherwise a final cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged.
