Our two newly renovated apartments with jacuzzi (200x200 - for 5 persons) are located in an ideal location (first row to the sea) for all lovers of peace, marine tranquility, coastal greenery, and pristine nature. With a private, natural beach in front of the property featuring sun umbrellas, loungers, and steps for easier access to the sea, some apartments offer a balcony with a sea view, while others feature a large terrace with a BBQ. Each of the 2 apartments contains a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, bathroom, and bedroom: A1 with a balcony (3 1), A2 with a terrace (3 1). The apartments possess a charm of simplicity and summer leisure that will relax you instantly. From the property, a path leads along the sea to a nearby market and a restaurant with a rustic look and authentic Dalmatian gourmet food. Veli Iž is only a few minutes' drive away. There you can find a post office, marina, restaurants, and a market. Throughout the entire island, even right in front of the apartments, you can discover the charms of fishing. Payment and notes
The island is reached by ferry from Zadar (Gaženica port), and it is necessary to reserve and purchase your ticket online in advance. If you are not sure how to find the house, we can meet you at the port. The reservation is confirmed upon payment of the deposit, following confirmation of availability.
