The fully equipped kitchen includes a table and chairs, dishes, cutlery, etc., an induction cooktop with a built-in oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an iron, air conditioning in the living area and bedroom no.1, an Android TV, and free internet (WLAN). The house has a bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet with a washing machine.
