Our modernly equipped apartment offers everything you need to feel at home. We are located in a peaceful setting, just 400 m (10 minutes' walk) from Starine Beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious terrace. Ideal location for exploration: We are perfectly positioned for excursions: National Parks: Krka and Kornati are within easy reach. Cities: Vodice (10 km), Šibenik (19 km), Zadar (49 km). Connectivity: Zadar Airport (50 km). ******** Long-term tenants are welcome during the winter season, from 1.10. to 1.5.. The apartment can only be rented during this period, for a minimum of one and a maximum of five months, for two people or a couple with an adult child. Utilities (electricity, water, firewood, and waste removal) are paid separately, based on consumption. The apartment is suitable for winter stays with wood heating. Electric heating is insufficient, especially due to the increased humidity during the winter months.

Payment and notes
Booking Conditions and House Rules: Booking: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm the booking. Payment: The remaining portion of the accommodation cost must be paid in cash (EUR) on the first day of arrival. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in to the apartment is possible after 14:00 hours, and check-out is required by 10:00 hours in the morning on the day of departure. Please notify us in advance of your arrival time so that we can hand over the keys and provide a tour of the apartment. Guest Registration: For registration purposes at the Tourist Office, please provide us with the details of all individuals staying in the apartment on your first day of arrival. Care of the Premises: Please leave the apartment tidy upon departure. You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence and are required to compensate for it. Please note that we conduct a brief inspection of the apartment upon your departure.
Cancellation policy
The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price and serves to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation by the guest, the deposit is non-refundable. If the specified term can be re-rented, we may refund the deposit in full or in part as a gesture of goodwill.
