At the HELENA property, only the lower apartment with a terrace is available for rent. During your stay, guests are the sole visitors to the property, while the owner occasionally returns to the upper floor. Our apartment is characterized by its modern design, comfort, and carefully thought-out details, creating a pleasant atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxed and carefree vacation, and the spacious terrace with a view is an ideal spot for morning coffee, a family lunch, or peaceful evening moments. We strive to provide every guest with a warm welcome, a personal approach, and impeccable cleanliness, along with helpful tips about the beaches, restaurants, and excursions in the surrounding area—all to ensure your stay remains an unforgettable experience. The apartment is located two rows from the sea. The distance to the beach is 40 m. The nearest shop is located 5 minutes by car in the neighboring town of Stupin Čeline. In the town of Rogoznica, which is 10 minutes by car away, there are numerous shops, markets, beaches, a church, a boat marina, and more.

The address and marker on the map are accurate and will lead you directly to our accommodation. If you are using GPS or mobile navigation, we recommend opening your reservation on Apartmanija and clicking “Show on Map” – the app will guide you precisely to us. If you encounter any difficulties finding the place or arrive later, feel free to contact us. Your reservation at Apartman Helena is confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total price to the IBAN account, which will be provided when your reservation is arranged. The remaining balance is due no later than your arrival at the apartment. By paying the deposit, your reservation becomes confirmed and guaranteed. Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the following conditions for the refund of the deposit apply: A full refund of the deposit is granted if the guest cancels at least 60 days before the planned arrival. If cancellation occurs between 40 and 59 days before arrival, 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 39 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
