There is access from the kitchen and living room to a large balcony-loggia. At the back of the house, there is a newly renovated garden with a grill, loungers for relaxation, and a solar shower. A supermarket is near the apartment, and the sea is approximately 500 m away. It is 10 minutes' walk from the center of Punt.

Payment and notes
Payment is made directly to the owner's account. A deposit of approximately 30 % is required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, you will also pay a deposit of €100, which will be returned on the day of departure if the apartment and its surroundings are undamaged. The ideal arrival time is 16:00 (check-in), and the departure time is 10:00 (check-out).
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the 30% that you pay upon booking will be refunded up to one week before arrival.
