The apartment is located within the host's family ground-floor house, but is separate and independently positioned. The apartment has been recently renovated, simply and functionally decorated, and equipped for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartment contains all necessary kitchen appliances (air Fryer, coffee machine, oven...). The apartment features 2 high-quality air conditioning units. Guests have access to 2 comfortable parking spaces (WITH ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER) in the property courtyard as well as a large yard for use. The host provides free airport transfer upon arrival and departure if needed. Distance from beaches is approximately 5km. A new corner sofa, specifically intended for sleeping with an extended sleeping surface of 165x210, has been placed in the apartment. We constantly invest in raising the quality of service for our guests. We want to enable all guests a pleasant stay in our property with maximum comfort and helpfulness regarding all questions

Payment and notes
Reservation is confirmed with a deposit paid in the amount of 40% to the host's account or, at the guest's wish, the full reservation amount can be paid immediately. The remainder is paid upon arrival in cash or to the host's account. For reservations of 7 or more nights, a discount of 10% is applied. Since we always leave a free day between terms to ensure the highest quality preparation of the property for the next guests, arrival is possible from 14:00, and departure should ideally be by 11:30 hours. Times are not fixed and an agreement is always possible because we strive to be as flexible as possible in this matter, as we know it means a lot to guests to be able to arrive as early as possible and leave as late as possible.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation without fees and with a full refund of the paid amount is possible 25 days before the reserved date. In the event that after cancellation the date is fully or partially rebooked, we return an amount proportional to the lost days, or the full deposit amount if the entire period is rebooked.
