Newly renovated apartment in a quiet area, in the settlement of Perna, not far from the town of Orebić. The apartment is located on the first row to the sea, with a pebbled beach. To the west lies Viganj, a popular holiday destination for many surfers and lovers of water sports. From the terrace, there is a wonderful view of the town and the island of Korčula. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a small toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area. The terrace has an area of 25m.
