About this stay
We offer you private accommodation in newly built apartments near the beach. The apartments are located in a quiet street next to a pine forest, about 15 minutes walk from the sea and about 25 minutes walk from the city center. Parking space is available for both apartments. Near the house, there is a market - shop, pharmacy, clinic, fast food restaurant, children's playground. Also nearby is a sports and recreation center with tennis courts and water sports facilities. Payment and notes
The price includes: Clean linen, water and electricity costs, cooking utensils and other household supplies, a parking space as well as apartment cleaning on the day of departure. Reservation is confirmed by paying 20% of the agreed price (minimum 90 €) to our account. If, for any reason, a guest wishes to cancel the reservation, the deposit will be fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 21 days before the arrival date. The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to ~0.8 - 1 € per adult/day; children aged 12-18 have a 50% discount. Ideal arrival time is from 14:00, and departure time is until 9:00.
