Payment and notes
Booking and Payment: The booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount. After payment, we will send a written confirmation with all details. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival (in cash or by card/transaction). The paid deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances of cancellation by the guest. Check-in and Fees: The tourist tax and one-time guest check-in fee are included in the accommodation price. Check-in is from 14:00 h, and check-out is until 10:00 h. Damage and House Rules: A damage deposit is not charged in advance, but the guest is obliged to fully cover any damage caused by intentional negligence or carelessness. It is mandatory to respect the quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00 h. Guests are requested to turn off the air conditioner and switch off all unnecessary appliances and lights when leaving the apartment. Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement. Smoking is prohibited within the property (allowed on the balcony).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are considered confirmed only after payment of a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total accommodation cost, after which we send an official written confirmation. Cancellation by the Guest: The paid deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, shortening of the stay, or a guest no-show, the paid deposit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances. Cancellation by the Host: If the reservation is canceled by us due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the guest will be refunded the full (100%) of the paid deposit. Date Change: Changing the dates of the stay is possible subject to availability and prior agreement with the host.
