A comfortable and cozy apartment in a quiet part of the town of Umag, located 5 minutes walking distance from the center. It is situated in the Moela neighborhood, which also features the famous Africa beach 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment; it has 4 showers, a changing area, a cafe bar, WC, a sand court for playing volleyball, a pine grove, and a nearby park with benches for sitting. In the town center, a tourist train runs along the beautiful coast through Stella Maris, Katoro, and back; day trips are offered as far as the Lim Fjord and back, as well as to the Italian town of Venice. There are also sports courts for playing tennis, cycling paths along the sea and through the woods, a large Aquapark located 16 km away, as well as various cultural and other amenities. Upon reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required. The remaining part is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in time from 15:00, check-out time until 10:00. The tourist tax is included in the price. For stays longer than 10 days, I reduce the price!
