The apartment is located on the first floor of a building surrounded by greenery in a quiet, upscale part of Poreč, above the sports center of the Valamar Diamant hotel. The comfortably furnished apartment consists of a spacious living room, a larger and a smaller bedroom, a terrace, an enclosed balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet, and an entrance area. From the living room, terrace, and smaller bedroom, there is a beautiful view of the sea. The rest of the apartment overlooks its own beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees and flowers. The garden also features a private parking space for a car, protected by a movable fence. It takes only about ten minutes to walk through the shade of green pine trees to reach the Blue Flag beach. There, you will also find a water sports center (paragliding, banana boat, tube rides, etc.). Just 2 km from the apartment, the large Aquacolors Poreč water park recently opened.
