To confirm the reservation, a deposit is paid by agreement, and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the apartment. • Check-in to the apartment: after 14:00 hours. • Check-out from the apartment: by 10:00 hours. • We will send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher).
Cancellation policy
For cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit. For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the deposit. For cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full deposit amount will be retained.
