Newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a family house with a spacious courtyard and private parking. The distance to the beach is a 3 minute walk, as is the distance to the center of Crikvenica where all summer events take place. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, all necessary household appliances, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and there is a grill in the courtyard. The courtyard is fenced and large with plenty of shade, which would be especially suitable for pets, which are certainly welcome.

Payment and notes
The deposit is 20% and the remainder upon arrival. The tourist tax is included in the price. Upon arrival at the apartment, a deposit of 50 Euro is left, which is returned on the last day if there was no damage and the apartment is returned in good condition. Ideal arrival time is 14:00 and departure is 10:00. Pets are an additional 15 euro per day, and air conditioning is also 10 euro per day. The possibility of providing a baby cot is free of charge.
