About this stay
Newly fully renovated and modernly equipped apartment 70m2 on the upper floor of a family house. The apartment has a separate entrance and a sea view from a small terrace that connects seamlessly with the living area by opening a large glass wall that spans almost the entire length of the living room. You can enjoy views of the islets of Murter and the sea, the city panorama, and in the distance, Velebit, Betina, and the sea around Betina while sipping your morning coffee in your own oasis of peace, as the entire floor is exclusively yours. From the dining room, you have access to a large terrace of 30m2 where you can enjoy your breakfasts, lunches, or dinners at a large garden glass table. We offer a portable electric grill that you can use to prepare dishes on the terrace, such as seafood, which you can obtain fresh daily from the local fisherman or at the fish market in the center of Murter. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in system. The entire apartment has a gallery-style ceiling height. A parking space for the apartment is free and located in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge.

Payment and notes
The ideal check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The ideal check-out time is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. We will also adjust to your arrival time if needed to show you around the apartment and hand you the key. If you decide to spend your summer vacation with us: -send a reservation inquiry via 099 206 7332 or on Viber or WhatsApp. The deposit for the reservation is 100 EUR. You will pay for the accommodation upon arrival, after inspecting the apartment. You will receive a payment receipt immediately after payment. You can pay in cash or by card. Please take care of your belongings and the space during your stay, and leave it in the same condition as you received it. Thank you in advance for this.
