About this stay
Although our house is a full 5 minutes walk from the center of the idyllic place Ilovik, it is special and worth visiting. As the only one within a farmstead, we have a spacious, luxuriously decorated apartment categorized with 4 suns, which you will not easily find on the islands. Wooden floors, a combination of modern and antique wooden furniture, which we mostly restore ourselves, will surprise you with their comfort and beauty. From the bedroom, you have a beautiful view of the entire bay and the neighboring islets of Sv. Petar and Orjule. And most importantly, at night you have silence and a view of the starry sky. The apartment meets all the desires of modern man, but offers even more. We are the authors of a monograph about Ilovik; here you can learn everything that interests you about the history of the island, nature, and customs; a large library is at your disposal. We are animal lovers; we raise sheep and goats that you can socialize with, as well as our dogs, cats, and ducks (after all, we are a farm!). On the large, covered terrace, you can use a large wooden table.

Payment and notes
Upon reservation, a deposit in the amount of 25 % of the stay price is paid. The reservation is not made until the deposit is paid. The remainder of the price is paid when the guest arrives at the apartment. Upon arrival at the apartment, a security deposit for any potential damage caused by the guest in the amount of 200 EUR is paid. The deposit amount is returned upon the guest's departure from the apartment (if there is no damage) and if the apartment is left in a tidy condition, not requiring extraordinary, unusual cleaning. Regular cleanings are not charged. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, so we ask all smokers to satisfy their need for smoking outside the apartment. We want to provide our guests with maximum comfort and service, so they feel comfortable and nice, but we appeal to them to take care of our apartment, as this will make their stay more pleasant for both us and them. Departure time is 11 o'clock, and arrival is 14 o'clock.
Cancellation policy
Once the deposit is paid and thus the reservation is made, in case of guest cancellation, the deposit is not returned. Therefore, we ask guests to book only when they are sure they will come. In case a guest cancels a reserved arrival, we will always try to offer accommodation for another available term, and it is up to the guest to decide whether to use it or lose the deposit.
