New, modern apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Cetina River and the Adriatic Sea. With a living area of 65 m2, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4+1 people, and the balcony offers a view of the river and the Cetina estuary. The apartment is located on the third floor of a residential building. The building has an elevator. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a covered balcony with a river view. The first bedroom has a large bed (180 x 200) for 2 people, nightstands, and storage space for your clothes and luggage. The second bedroom has two beds (90 x 200) for 2 people, nightstands, and storage space for your clothes and luggage. Both bedrooms are bright and have plenty of natural light through a skylight. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. It consists of a living room and dining area in one space, as well as a very modern, open kitchen. There is also a new kitchen with the latest appliances, including an electric cooktop with 4 burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and all the dishes needed for self-catering. Right next to the kitchen is a dining area with a table for 4 people. There is also a living room with a TV, an elegant extendable sofa, and a coffee table. It has a TV and Wi-Fi. Cooling and heating in the living room and kitchen are provided by air conditioning. Sliding glass doors in the living room open directly onto the balcony. The balcony has a panoramic view of the river and the sea. If you are arriving by car, there is public city parking around the building. Our apartment is 500 meters from the town of Omiš, which is actually only a 5-minute walk from our place. The sandy beach (located 500 meters away) is a few minutes' walk away.

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask all guests to pay a deposit of the agreed amount of 30% in advance. The payment should be made to a Croatian bank account. The remaining amount is due upon arrival in Omiš. Check-in: from 14:00 Check-out: until 10:00
Cancellation policy
Cancellation: Guests can cancel free of charge 14 days prior to arrival. The reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the agreed arrival date.
