About this stay
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in the quiet Zadar neighborhood of Stanovi, which is not visited by crowds of tourists. In the immediate vicinity (walking distance) are shops, restaurants, cafes, and the Višnjik sports and recreation center - everything you need for your stay, without the need for a car. The apartment has a separate entrance from its own garden (approx. 55m2), where a private jacuzzi is available to guests. The garden is surrounded by greenery. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms (each with one double bed that can be separated into two single beds), a bathroom with a shower, and a covered loggia (approx. 7m2). The part of the garden with the hot tub can be shaded with an automatic awning. In front of the building, we have 2 private parking spaces (at no extra charge). We also offer our own charging station for electric cars (additional charge).

Payment and notes
RESERVATIONS Send an inquiry stating the dates of stay and the number of persons (including the number of children and their age). You will receive confirmation of availability as soon as possible. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon payment of the deposit. You will receive the amount (usually 30%) and payment details via email. After we receive the payment, we will send you a written confirmation with the reservation and payment details. The remaining amount is paid in cash or via Revolut upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of 200 € per stay is collected on-site. The guest will receive an invoice and written confirmation of the collected security deposit. / CHECK-IN from 16:00 / CHECK-OUT until 10:00 / JACUZZI The Jacuzzi is available for stays of 3 nights or more.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable. An exception is made only if another guest books and fully pays for the entire cancelled period. In that case, the deposit can be refunded at the expense of the person who cancelled.
