Payment terms: An advance payment of 50% of the total reservation value is mandatory upon booking, via bank transfer or card. For reservations made within a short period (less than 10 days) before arrival, the full amount must be paid in advance (100%). Other: A deposit payment of 300€ is mandatory. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside the house. By paying the deposit to reserve a date, the guest accepts the "Cancellation Policy". Check-in: 15.00 - 20.00h Check-out: 08.00 - 10.00h The standard check-in and check-out times can be adjusted to guests' needs, subject to prior agreement and availability.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy: If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded or can be used for another available date. In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
