Casa Blanka is an apartment in the town of Povile near Novi Vinodolski, spanning two floors with a covered terrace, beautiful sea view, and a separate entrance from the rear. On the lower floor, there is a kitchen, WC, and living room with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, a hallway, and a bathroom, with two rooms having a balcony and sea view. There is air conditioning on each floor. Use of the grill is possible in the courtyard. It is a three-minute walk to the two nearest beaches (pebble), and there are many more beautiful gravel beaches in the village. Parking is free, right next to the house.

Payment and notes
Payment is in cash upon arrival, and the deposit is 20 percent of the amount and is paid to the landlord's account upon booking. In the period from 1.7. to 1.9., the arrival and departure date must be on a Saturday. Arrival time (check-in) must be after 15:00. Departure time (check-out) must be by 10:00. One dog is allowed in the apartment, but exclusively of a small breed (maximum up to 40 cm in height) and by no means an aggressive type (stafford, pitbull...). The price for a small dog is 10 eur/night.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the deposit refund is possible up to 15 days before arrival. After that period, the landlord retains the deposit.
